COMMENTS: Bart Naylor- Home Owner in Vienna Woods, 2065 E. Strauss Ct. 208 898-9098 I am opposed to this facility being built for several reasons: l. Currently there are other fuel retailers 1 mile away from the Vienna Woods Subdivision which can satisfy fuel needs. 2. I would like to see only business permits for this site similar to the Austin Creek mini business are which is located within 1 mile. This facility has been an attractive and convient use of land, while not being a nusaunce and being a central point for vandalism and theft. This houses Insurance, Medical, Dance and other facilities. 3. The store hours of a Maverick like fuel store put cause for an increase flow for delivery trucks maintaining murchandise at the facitliy. The hours of these delivery are cause for noise and conjestion. 4. Maverick fuel stores have a reputation in my opinion no matter what the location are not kept up, and not clean, organized, in the store, as well as the permitier of the fuel store. The parking lot landscape is usually not well defined in order to add to the areas estetics, but decrease values. 5. I am opposed to this store being built, but feel that if it is permited that there must be a stop light first built on the corner of McMillian and Locust Grove. The traffic flow currently is so high that McMillian can backup to Eagle between Locust Grove. Also, the hours of operation need to be from 7am to lOpm. The landscaping must be increased. The store signage should be no higher than 10 feet or on the top of the structure. 1
