This is a formal request for aone-year time extension on the preliminary and fmal plat of
Touchmazk Subdivision. The City Council approved the final plat for Touchmazk in May of
2002. The improvements are 98-percent complete and the plat is currently at the City for
signatare, but it is unlikely that the plat will record prior to its expiration.
We respectfully request placement of this item on the next City Council agenda for their
consideration.
