Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District is in receipt of application for Vacation of the 10-foot
wide public utility easement located along the• south property boundary of Lot 3, Block 1 of
Devon Park Subdivision No. 2. (aka Fairview Lakes).
Please be advised that Narnpa & Meridian Irrigation District has pressure irrigation lines and
easement in place within this proposed area. These pressure imgation lines and easement
must remain in. place..
' The District has no further comment on the application for utility easement vacation.
