ANNEXATION & ZONING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL A. Plannine & Zonin¢ Department The applicant will comply. 2. The applicant will comply. 3. The applicant will construct the ten-foot-wide asphalt pathway, collector roadway, sewer and water service, and 20-foot collector landscaping. No park improvements are proposed such as a parking lot or additional landscaping. The applicant will donate the park area without requested park impact fee credits. B. Ada County Hi¢hwav District (ACHDI Site Specific The applicant will donate I3 additional feet of right-of--way on Ten Mile and McMillan Roads. 2. It is noted that the preliminary plat dated 4!3/03 is approved. A revised plat with a different date has been submitted. B. Plannine & Zonin~/Eneineerine Site Specific 1. As the applicant donated the easement area for construction of the water main, we respectfully request that no latecomer fees for water be assessed. This was the agreement between Farwest Development and Ed Bews. 2. The applicant will comply. 3. The applicant requests that no fencing be required on the northerly boundary or adjacent to phase lines. 4-9. The applicant will comply. 10.
