Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has a signed and recorded License Agreement for
relocating the Milks Lateral within this proposed project.
However, to date, the District does not have a signed and recorded Urban Contract to operate
and maintain the pump station for this proposed subdivision.
Therefore Nampa & Meridian Imgation District withholds approval for both phases of this
proposed subdivision.
