The ICDBG contract between the Department of Commerce and the City of Meridian dated May 17, 2006
is hereby amended as follows:
Attachment A: Section a: Construction Scope of Work
Insert: Resurface and restripe existing parking lot at senior citizens center.
The foregoing contract amendment is hereby accepted with the understanding that all other terms and
conditions of the contract remain the same.
