Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above-referenced application.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
must review drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
It is recommended that irrigation water be made available to all developments within the
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has pressure irrigation lines looped throughout the entire above-
mentioned project. Any landscaping, fencing or burms that will impact the District's pressure
irrigation system need to be reviewed and approved prior to any construction. Should the District
allow such encroachments, a License Agreement will be required.
When burms are placed over Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's facilities the District requires that
the burms not exceed a maximum height of forty-eight inches (48"). This allows the District to be
able to access them, as required, in an easy and safe manner.
The District would like to see complete landscaping plans including burms in detail with District
facilities shown in place. Nampa & Meridian Irrigarion District would like the opportunity to review,
make changes, and approve said landscaping to insure it won't interfere with the District's operation
and maintenance.
