Stacy 139 6 West First Street Meridian, 1D 83642 To Whom It May Concern: VI(~ the undersigned would like to be on record as opposed to rezoning of, and issu~nce of a conditional use permit to Eiisha R1ctry in application Na. RZO&001 fpr 1353 W~st First Street. Upon commission of #he "Assist~d Living" residence (latest opening), our neighborhood has experienced young men loitering on the black, walking to and iro on the street, I~icking aver SSC trash cans ~n expedie~ial increase in police active, with code enfarcement being called conceming abandon cars. One young male has been observed as standing near the svutheast comer of said property °leering" at a fema(e family member while she does yard work in our front yard. We hold, our neighborhood property valu+e witl suffer with this added "assisted living". Current property conditions are in perif, and we are ~ot in favor of an added distraction in this marke#. We are not totally informed about suah an "Assts#ed Living" being looated so near a grammar school; however, it would be within four blxks of the Meridian Elementary Schoal. The appearance of these young males does not endear much confidence. We therefore woutd ask the City of Meridian to deny the application submitted. Thank yo~ for your consideration of Meridian otd town neighborhoods.
