The ICDBG contract between the Department of Commerce and the City of Meridian dated May I7, 2006
is hereby amended as follows:
Attachment A: Section a: Construction Scope of Work
Insert: Resurface and restripe existing parking lot at senior citizens center.
The foregoing contract amendment is hereby accepted with the understanding that all other terms and
conditions of the contract remain the same.

The Dept. of Commerce will soon be sending, attention to you, a letter approving our
request to amend the Meridian Senior Center project to include parking lot improvements,
and a CDBG contract amendment that will need to be signed by the mayor and returned to
Dept . of Commerce .
Please keep your eye out for this correspondence from Dept. of Commerce, have the Mayor
sign the appropriate paperwork, then return the original signed copy to:
