Dear Ms. Caning
This letter fulfills the department's request of a project narrative for the Final Plat application for
Paramount Phase 13 with its proposed 47 residential lots and l common lot. For any questions
or comments, please contact Jahr Walker at Brighton Corporation at the number below or erre
Smith of Engineering Northwest at 20 376-5000. We confirm in writing that conformance
with the approved preliminary plat has been accomplished in Paramount Phase 13. Furthermore,
we meet all requirements and/or conditions set by the City gelating to the preliminary plat
approval. Also, we have net all requirements and provisions of the UDC and have done so
using acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
Engineering Northwest will reaffirm these conformances and provide applicable/approved
annexation/rezone ordinance numbers and development agreement recorded 'instrument numbers
if applicable on this phase.

According to the initial test pit investigations and subsequent monitoring, the ground
water within this project was not encountered within depth of 3 feet of the existing
ground.
Based on the above information, I certify that groundwater would be greater than

RE: Final groundwater monitor report for Paramount #6
Groundwater measurements have been completed for the 2405 irrigation season
on three test holes on the above mentioned site. A table is attached showing
recorded information and a map with the test hole locations shown.
Test hole THI remained dry to 168 inches throughout fi.1ie period. Peak levels
of I45 inches below ground level and 12S inches were recorded in test holes
THI and TH2. Those readings are highlighted in red on the table. Levels have
dropped in those two locations sine those readings.
Measurements at other sites in the vicinity show that groundwater levels have
peaked for the year. In addition, data indicates that 2005 is a "normal" year as
far as water table depths. The observed levels should be representative of
groundwater conditions on this site.
