On behalf of Primeland Investments Group, LLC and Primeland Development Company,
• PV LL'P; we are submitting this request to modify the development agreement governing the
Verona Subdivision. The details associated with this request are outlined below:
1. Primeland Investment Group, LLC and Primeland Development
Company, LLP are the current owners of the property which is being
affected by the proposed modification. They are the successors to the FN
original parties to the agreement.

We would like to modify the development agreement so that the area which was planned
for office and office -related uses can be subdivided. We are not proposing that the actual

approved office area.

The appropriate rezoning applications are being submitted concurrent with this
application.
We would therefore like to modify Paragraph 4.1 of the original development agreement
as shown below:
Construction and development for a Planned Development consisting of 146
detached single-family homes, 20 townhomes, 6-12 office lots, 16 open space
lots, one general retail lot and16 open space lots, including addition to
Community Park.

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11 -5A -5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment

Attached is a table with the monitcwing results for the Verona Subdivision located north
of McMillan load and east of Ten Mile Rq&d_ Three test holes were installed in

has been monitored ince April 246. A nip is included that shows the location of all test
holes.
All of the test holes had groundwater pyre t the manitorin period. Test hole
TH3 -02 was destroyed by coustruction wfivity cra August 10'x. Based on activity of the
other holes, I estimate t t it would I ve peed at about 65 to 70 inches below ground
level. The table below shows the maximum nzeadured levels for the season in all test
holes.
