I have received and reviewed the staff report and comments from the additional agencies, etc. I do not feel that
have an issues with any of it. The existing structures have been demolished and I anticipate a new building
permit from Ada County this week. The sewer and water are already at the property line as you are aware and
we have a firl hydrant also at the corner of Leslie Dr. & Dusting Place, which should meet the requirements of the
Fire Department. I have also been in contact with ACHD and have no issues with them to resolve. I will be at the
hearing on Thursday June 5th at 7:00 pm..

Attached is the staff report for the proposed Alter annexation (AZ-08-006). This item is scheduled to be
on the Planning & Zoning Commission agenda on June 5, 2008. The public hearing will be held at City
Hall, 33 E. Idaho Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or a-mail with any questions.
