RE: ZOA-08-001, Unified Development Code (UDC) Text Amendment
June 3rd, 2008 City Council Agenda Item
Based on the City Council meeting on May 27th, and after further coordination and
discussion wi~th the Legal Department and Jim Jewett, Planning Staff is proposing a few
additional changes to the UDC Text Amendment application. The remaining sections of
the UDC proposed for change should rernain, but Planning Staff would like the following
section of the UDC to be amended to read (proposed changes in double underline and

11-2D-3B4 In the ~ 0-T districts, additional height exceeding the maximum height allowed for the district
requires approval through a conditional use permit. In the TN-C, the additional height allowed is limited
