Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above-referenced application.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained
on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District must review
drainage plans. The Developer must cornply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
It is recommended that irngation water be made available to all developments within the Nampa
& Meridian Irrigation District.
