Howard Engineers, are submitting Newton's Nook Condominium Plat Short Plat Approval. The property consists of 0.20 acres at 429 SW S~' Avenue and adjoins properties to the earth, east and south that have already been annexed and developed in the City of Meridian. No variance will be requested with this application. We are proposing a single building with four condominium units in the existing building. The project will consist of ~ lot, with 4 units and common space. The proposed condominium has existing zoning of C~G and no change is proposed. The project will provide multiple office spaces far the community the development has existing landscaping of the common area. We believe this project will provide a development that will complement the surrounding land uses, existing and proposed, as well as being harmonious with the surrounding are uses.
