Tuscany Development, Inc., hereby applies for the following:
REZONE FROM R-15 TO TN-R
PRELIMINARY PLAT
The preliminary plat for Gramercy Townhome Subdivision includes the 38 single-
family "live-work" lots described above. These 38 single-family brownstone units
will be attached, with a minimum lot size of2,375 square feet and an average lot size
of 3,234.

The property can be adequately served by essential public facilities and services.
Raad improvements will be made in accordance with Ada County Highway
