This is a staff level approval of a preliminary plat for Noe Valley Condos. On April 5, 2002 the Ada
County Highway District reviewed and approved a conditional use application (MCUP-02-009) proposed
to contain a 4-unit townhouse development at 121 E. King Street. There are no site specific requirements
at this time due to the fact that all street improvements exist.
The applicant will be required to pay all applicable platting and review fees prior to final approval.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 208-387-6177.
Sincerely,
