The northern two-thirds is the currentl under review Y "Gardner Ahlquist Gateway Subdivision". A Preliminary Piat Application is being submitted in conjunction with this application. The subject site is currently in Ada County and is zone R-1. The applicant is requesting a CG Zone -General Retail and Service Commercial District. The subject site will derive public access though the companion subdivision, Gardner AhlquistGoteway Subdivision, to Franklin Road, Eagle Road and Touchmark Way via East Louise Drive. ~~ The applicant is proposing a mixed use development targeting high end users including shopping, medical office and general office to match the associated phase to the north of this site. ~'~ ~i `# ~~~~R~ NARRATIVE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GARDNER AHLQUIST GATEWAY SUBDIVISION NO. 2 This application is for Preliminary Plat approval for GardnerAhlquist Gateway Subdivision No. 2. A request for reservation of this name has been submitted to the Ada County Surveyor. An application for Annexation and Zoning has been submitted in conjunction with this application. This site is intended to be in conjunction with the Gardner AhlquistGateway Subdivision previously submitted to the City of Meridian. A Variance Application to allow the access point to Eagle Road and a Vacation Application to vacate the existing M~ontvue Drive has been submitted in association with the Gardner AhlquistGateway Subdivision Annexation and Zoning and Preliminary Plat applications. The proposed plat is for 5 building lots and one non-building lot on 6.67 acres.
