Subdivision. This subdivision was approved with Annexation and Preliminary Plat approval for twenty-six
buildable lots, with the zoning of R-2 and R-4. Our Final Plat has been submitted in accordance with the
requirements of the City of Meridian's Unified Ordinance: and the City of Meridian's Comprehensive Plan.
This application also conforms to all acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local
standards. Napoli Subdivision's Final Plat is in conformance with the approved Preliminary Plat, and each
condition will either be met or will be bonded prior of the recording of the Final Plat.
