Messina Meadows has been annexed into the City of Meridian. with an R S zone. A development agreement has been recorded as City Ordinance No. 06-1212. This Subdivision is located between E Tybalt Drive and E. Amity Road, situated between proposed Bellingham Subdivision and proposed Kingsbridge Subdivision. The Final Plat as submitted with this letter is in substantial conformance with the approved preliminary plat and development agreement and meets the conditions set forth by the City of Meridian's Staf£ This development meets the requirements and provisions of the Unified Development Code {UDC}, and is in conformance with. the acceptable engineering, surveying and local design standards.
