NARRATIVE
The applicant, Seagle III, is requesting a relinquishment of easement for one 6'
public utility easement which runs east and west X341.84'}through parcels A and
B, and a 6' utility easement on panel A which was part of the original lot line.
Parcel A is owned by 1VIr. Kelly Miller. A signed Affidavit of Legal Interest by Mr.
fe~iller is enclosed in this application. Parcel B is owned by Seagle III. Mr. Robert
Runyan is the owner and representative of Seagle III and is the applicant for this
easement relinquishment application.
To replace the vacated 6' public utility easements, a new 10' easement around the
entire property boundary has been proposed by the owner and found as
acceptable by all of the utility providers. This boundarywill include parcel C which
is owned by Seagle III.
Release of Easement statements from all interested providers are enclosed as part
of this application. These providers include:
1. Intermountain Gas
2. Qwest
3. Cable one
4. Idaho Power
5. Settlers Irrigation, and
6. Nampa fweridian Irrigation District
This application includes all required documentation as required by the Vacation
Application Checklist for the City of ~vleridian.
