Fairview Lakes is proposing to rezone Devon Park No. 3 to General Commercial. Devon Park No. 3 is the office park located behind the Hastings. The south half of the subdivision is currently zoned general commercial, but we are requesting the north half to be included. The purpose of the rezone is to allow flex space in the office complex which could include small show room space and storage.
