To Whom It May Concern:
On behalf of Primeland Investment Group, LLC and Prinibland Development Company,
. LLP; we are submitting this request to modify the development agreement governing the
`Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision. The details associated with tkis request are outlined
below:
1. Primeland Investment Group, LLC and Primeland Development
Company, LLP are the current owners of the property which is being
affected by the proposed modification. They are the successors to the
original parties to the agreement.
2. The original development agreement was approved by the City of
Meridian on November 2, 2001.

We would like to modify the development agreement so that the area which was planned
for office and commercial uses can be subdivided into smaller lots. We are notro osin

You called today and requested any information we had available for the approximately 20 -
acre Bridgetower Crossing # 15 meted at the s►cahvrea com of McMillan Road and Linder
Road. The parcel is the East 1/z of the NorthemA /,c of the Northeast 1/,4; of Section 3 5,
Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Nlmi.dun, Ad& County, Ick. A map is attached
showing the approximate bmndwy of Phhpse 1.5 alogg with tw location of three test holes
located on or near this parcel. ITZ
Groundwater monitor data was coHeated on three test homes near and on this site in 2002,
2003 and 2004. A copy of all wam r table memuremn4 fta is attadwd. The peak water
table measurements for ewh of the three test holes are _shown on the attached map. Depth to
groundwater ranges from So to 122 aches A the twee_ The two years of data are
quite similar and I would suggeia you use the values on the mp, for design purposes.
This portion of the Bridgetower Crossing prat las always di%played deeper groundwater
levels than those areas to the vt and south. I am confide* that this data represents
