Dear Caleb:
Attached is a Short Plat Application, Checklist, and all required information per the City of
Meridian application and checklist for Short Plat Approval. This proposed subdision contains
approximately 0.178 -acres, on 1 lot with 3 units. The site is located within Bonito Subdivision
43No.3 and is Bordered on the North by Copper Point Drive, which will provide vehicular access to
the proposed condominium Subdivisi6n. The proposed use is commercial (office) and is in
compliance with the existing property zoning designation of C -G.
All site improvements such as parking, drainage, and utility services have been completed as part
of Benito Subdivision No.3. All of the improvements are to remain intact and unchanged as
previously approved.
We have made every effort to address all the requirements of the Meridian Subdivision
Ordinance,, the Short Plat requirements, and surveying standards for the design of this
development anc the content of the application. We will address any comments, questions, or
requests relating to this application promptly and thank you in advance ,for the timely processing
of this Short Plat Application.

Toothm.an-Orton Engineering Co. would like to request the reservation and use of the name "Bonito Lot 15
Condominium" for a proposed condominium project located in Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Section 20.
The property lies in the east half of section 20 on Lot 15 of Bonito Subdivision No. 3. We have used the name
Bonito Dornan Condominium and Bonito Peisner Condominium for other projects in this subdivision. Can we
