The Meridian City Council approved Bainbridge Subdivision applications for annexation and
zoning (AZ -05-001), conditional use permit�CUP-05-002} and preliminary plat (PP -05-002)
on April 19, 2005. Eighteen --month time extensions were granted for the qondi6nal Use and
preliminary plat applications on January 26, 2006, extending their approvals to March 19, 2009
and October 19, 2007, respectively. 1 `'

Given the slate of the current residential real estate market and the unavailabili fy of sanitar
1 sewer service (the Black Cat sewer trunk is scheduled for completion In mid -2008), It is H
necessary to request an additional 18 --month extension of the preliminary pkat, PP -05-002 in
accordance with the provisions of Meridian Unified Development Code Section 11-5B-7

Per Unified Development Code (UDC 11 -5A -5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
