The proposed streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks wil I be constructed to standards as required by Ada County Highway District and Meridian City Ordinance. Dimensions will be determined by the City Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (S) feet in width, or foot (4} feet in width where allowed by City Ordinance for detached sidewalks. 2. The proposed development is in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance. The applicant has submitted a planned development application (conditional use) to allow for deviations in setbacks and home square footage. This area is designaced as Low Density Residential on the Comprehensive Plan land Use Map. 3. The development will connect to City water and sewer facilities. The subdivision will connect to the White Drain Tnmk sewer system extension. Water service will be extended through this subdivision. Sewer and water plans have been provided for Public Works review. 4. The proposed plat is in conformance with the approved przliminary plat. S.
