of the existing right-of-way platted on Lots 20 and 22, Block and dedicate new right-
of-way from a portion of Lot 22, Block 2 for Sundial Subdivision by Gemstar
Properties in Section 2, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho.
