I Solitude Subdivision contains 103 single-family residential lots on 25.1.2 acres. The smallest lot is 5,155 square feet, with the average lot size 6,666.59. Ten 1 common lots are located within the project, totaling 3.00 acres. 1.9 percent open space, 6.76 percent usable open space).. This property, located at the southeast comer of . E. 'McMillan Road and N. Meridian Road, adjoins Burney Glen Subdivision on the south. The property i's zoned RA, which is consistent with the ;Meridian Comprehensive Plan Map designation of Medium Density Residential.
