Vacation Project: Sundial Subdivision
Location: The site is located approximately '/o of a mile south of Ustick Road and '/z of a mile east of Ten
Mile Road, within Turtle Creek Subdivision.
Requested Vacation: As a condition of approval for Sundial Subdivision, ACHD required that the
applicant construct a T-type intersection to extend W. Whitelaw Drive into the development. The vacation
request is to rernove portions of the existing knuckle to create the T-type intersection.
Outstanding Issues before Council: none known
Staff Recommendation: Approval; we have received all necessary relinquishments
