Taylor he s bject property consists of 3.8 acres and is currently Adjacent Land Use and Zoning: 1. North: Tremont Place Subdivision; zoned R-8 2. East: Industrial business; zoned I-L 3. South: Industrial business; zoned I-L 4. West: Industrial business; zoned I-L Application: Conditional Use Permit for a Church in an I-L zone. Summary of Proposed Streets and/or Access: The site is accessed via W. Taylor Street. Landscaping: No additional landscaping is required.
