RE: Southwick Subdivision Final Plat Modification Approval (1VIFP-0$=002)
Dear Mr. Noriyuki:
This letter is to confirm that the City of Meridian's City Council approved the Final Plat
Modification (to eliminate trees from drainage swales in the center islands of the
roadway and near the detention pond in response fo ACHD requirements. Additional

tress will be placed within the common area along W. Ustick Road and one tree planted
on each individual residential lot (home bu~lder responsibility).for the sub}ect property
