The conditions and requirements also apply to MCZC-08-038. • Prior to final approval you will need to submit construction plans to the ACHD Development Review Department to insure compliance with the conditions identified above or for traffic impact fee assessment. This is a separate review process that requires direct plans submittal to the Development Review staff at the Highway District. ~ A traffic impact fee will be assessed by ACHD and will be due prior to the issuance of a building permit.
