I did personally post the subject property on the I8`f' day of April 2008 with the hearing signs: This is in
compliance with: the ten (10) day posting as required by the City of Meridian for public hearings. Signs
were posted for a conditional use permit for. a Maverik convenience store and fueling. stations per
requirement of the development agreement for McNelis Subdivision.
