The 1.38 acres being planned with this.ap~lication is the
balance of Harka Corner, which was developed. in 2002 at the corner
of Linder and Franklin Roads. All utilities have been extended
to the site. The access driveway from FnankYin Road was developed
as part of Harks Corner and the 30 foot las~sc.ape buffer along
Franklin Road was completed on this parcel as well.
We have one business, BAJA TACO, ready Co locate on site and
we are in discussion with several other businesses at this time.
This site is ready for development.
