Hi Sonya,
We obtained ACRD Commission approval this afternoon. Here's the revised site plan for your use.
The changes are:
1. added the floodway constraints
2. Existing Rackham is modified to be a Right-in only.
3. Access from Eagle Road has been eliminated.
Let me know if you have any questions. Will we receive a revised staff report per the ACHD revisions and the
modified site plan prior to the May ist PC hearing?
