The applicant will also Plant flowers and grasses at the tips of each drainage Swale, and agrees to place a tree at each shared residential lot line as homes are built, a total of twenty-two (22) trees. The preliminary plat approved by the Meridian City Council showed parkways with trees along the subdivision streets. These were not calculated as part of the open space requirement. During the final plat stage, the parkways, which contained drainage swales, were moved to the center islands. Staff Recommendation: Approval; the final plat substantially complies with approved PP. Applicant Frovided Written Agreement with Conditions: Yes Project: Three Corners Subdivision (Item ].0) Outstanding Issues before Council: Please add the following sentence to the end of condition #5: "The temporary sidewalk shall be located east of ditch and setback a minimum of 15 feet from the top of ditch." Staff Recommendation: Approval; the final plat substantially complies with approved PP. Applicant Provided Written Agreement with Conditions: Yes: with clarification in regard to the timing of tiling the irrigation ditch. 4/22/2008
