Jenny (azid others) - I have reviewed the staff report w/ recommended conditions and discussed with the
developers. We have no issues other then a clarification related to General Condition #1. It is our intent
to the the irrigation supply ditch along the South side of Lot 1, Block 1 and the drain ditch along the
Locust Grove frontage (East side of Lot 1,131ock a) once the overall pressure irrigation for the
Subdivision is constructed (Phase 2). Once the storage pond and the pump station are built the existing
ditches are to be re-routed and the two ditches discussed above are obsolete. We have discussed
this strategy with staff and sent staff a letter from the Karnes Lateral :president confirming their
acceptance of ibis strategy. We have no issue w/ General Condition #1, since that's our plan as well, but
want to make sure this doesn't slow dawn the approvals/signatures of the Phase 1 subdivision.
