On April 15, 2008, the Meridian City Council granted the consent to vacate a portion of the
existing right-of--way of Nola Road, a public street located east of Locust Grove and north of
Lanark Street, approximately'/4 mile north of Franklin Road in the SW'/4 of Section 8, Township
3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
As conditions of approval of this vacation request the applicant shall l} coordinate with the
Meridian Fire Department to provide an adequate emergency turnaround for the property
located at 1854 E. Lanark Street; and 2} provide a 20-foot easement granted to the City of
Meridian for public water/sewer mains outside of public right of way (including all water
services and hydrants}. The easements shall not be dedicated via the plat, but rather
dedicated outside the plat process using the City of Meridian's standard forms. The
easement shall be graphically depicted on the plat for references purposes. The easements
shall be granted to the City of Meridian prior to the approval from the Ada County Highway
D15trlct.
