This project was pushed forward because the White Drain Sewer Trunk Line was being designed across the property and the City desired a layout of the property. We are proceeding with Phase 4 of Sundance Subdivision, located to the south of Sundance Place, and are proceeding toward submittal of the final plat for Sundance Place in 2004. A cheek in the amount of $100.00 is enclosed for the extension. We respectfully request an extension for filing of the f nal plat for Sundance Place Subdivision to November 19, 2004.
