AC}~D shares the concern of Hubble Homes over the timing of the improvements to the intersection of
Eagle Road and Victory Road. V1-'bile ACID cannot ensure the timing of a project beyond the current
budget year, the generous donation from l lubble I tomes of ~3UU.OOU toward this important capital
improvement project will go a long way in providing ,AC'HU incentive to begin the construction of this
project in 2010 as currently planned.
ACHE) appreciates the efforts of llubble Horncs to address the tral`fic impacts of the proposed Castle
Rock Subdivision and the offer to contribute funds towards the Eagle Road !' Victory Road intersection.
