Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no objection for the Vacation of Right-of--Way of Nola
Road by Ada County Highway District.
However Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has two facilities (Snyder Lateral and Evans Drain)
which cross Nola Road in this location. Historically Ada County Highway District has been
responsible for the crossings underneath the roadways.
A License Agreement will be required with Doug Tamura prior to any vacation being granted to
protect Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's facility as well as its right-of--way interest.
Please have Mr. Tamura contact the District's attorney, Bryce Farris at 342-4591 and ask that he
prepare this document. Once this agreement has been signed and returned it will be presented to the
District's Board of Directors for their consideration at the next available board meeting.
