Please accept this email as Gemstar Properties' formal request to continue the April 15th, 2008 Final Plat
Modification Hearing for one (1) week to the April 22"d, 2008 Hearing. This will allow us the time to make the
agreed modification between City Staff and ourselves.

Scott,
The hearing is next Tuesday, and my staff report is due today if we don't continue it. You can go before Council
with revisions on Tuesday and see if they will agree to them and reject my recommendation of denial. If they don't
accept them, you will have to come back in and start with a new Final Plat Modification Application and get a new
hearing date 2 months out or so.
If you ask for continuance, we can work together next week, see if we can come up with something else
acceptable so I can recommend approval, get revisions, and only postpone the hearing by 2 weeks.
Please advise.
