The Public Works Department respectfully requests the following item be placed on the
March City Council agenda, under Consent Agenda, for Council's consideration:

Change Order Number 2, of Contract with Treasure Valley Drilling for Construction of Well 27
for: additional well. development, test pumping, and mud-weighting material.
Recommended Council Action: The Public Works Department recommends that City
Council approves Change Order Number 1, of Contract with Treasure Valley Drilling
for Construction of Well 27 for additional well development, test pumping, and
additional cost for mud-weighting material for a cost not to exceed $27,000 and
authorizes the Mayor to sign it.
