I have reviewed the staff report for the City Council meeting date April 1, 2008. The staff recommended
conditions are incompliance with the preliminary plat development agreement and other established
City regulations. We are in support of the conditionals for approval and ask the Ciry Council to approval
the final plat during their regular meeting on April is`
