Jenny,
We have reviewed the conditions for the Apri11, 2008 meeting for Canterbury Commons. We agree to
the conditions listed with these exceptions:
Site Specific Condition
#5 -Lot 6 should be changed to lot 53.
#12 -The contractor was planning to demolish all buildings except the western most house. This house
would be used as a construction office. The western most house sits on proposed lot 11 of block 1. All
proposed roadways can be constructed without demolishing this house. This house will be
demolished once the construction of all roadways and other buildings has been completed. After
demolishing this house, the building for lot 11 and basketball court will be constructed.
#14-6-c -Note will read, "Common Lot 53 (private streets)..."
#16 -The buffer on the south property line occurs between the fence and the rear lot line. A patio often
extends to that point. Early construction of the buffer would result in it being destroyed as each unit is
later constructed. It is only practical to construct the buffer along with each unit, and will be done so at
that time.
#18 - We agree, with the exception of the south 5' landscape buffer for which we will, if necessary,
provide the bond. See Item 16.
#21 - A copy of the Postmaster approval has been attached to this email
Standard Conditions
#1 -There are no plans to cover the Ten Mile Stub Drain or the Eight Mile Lateral. The Creason Lateral
mentioned in this condition does not border the subject property.
Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you..
