recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 63 official records of Ada County, Idaho, also being a
portion of and situated in the NE1/4 of the SWI/4 of Section 7, Township 3 North, Range
1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a brass cap monument marking the southeast corner of said SW1/4,
thence along the East line of said SW1/4 N00°35'03"E a distance of 1919.57 feet to a
point marking the intersection of said East line and the North line of Oregon Shortline
Railroad property as described in Book G of Judgments at Page 278, from which a brass
