BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MERIDIAN CITY COUNCIL'S
APPROVAL OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT'S FEE INCREASES, FEE
DECREASES, AND NEW FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on February 26, 2008, the City Council of Meridian held a hearing on
the adoption of changes regarding proposed fee increases, proposed fee decreases, and
proposed new fees for the Planning Department and to explain the reasons for such action
as shown by Attachment "A" and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve
said Planning Department Fee Schedule; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the Planning Department proposed changes for fee increases, fee
decreases, and proposed new fees is hereby adopted. A copy of the fee schedule is attached
as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That the Director of the Planning Department is hereby authorized to
implement and carry out the collection of said fees.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect on the 1 S` day of
April, 2008.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho ~ day of March,
2008.
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this I~S~ay of March,
2008.
