RE: Meridian Eye Care/Mittleider (CUP-07-022 & MI-08-001)
The applicant for the Meridian Eye Care conditional use permit and Mittleider
development agreement modification, scheduled for the 3/25/08 City Council meeting,
did not post the property with a public hearing notice within the time required by the
UDC. For this reason, staffis requesting these items be continued to the 4/1/08 City
Council meeting.
