BILL:
In response to your memorandum of 3/17 and as originally delineated and discussed previously we CANNOT
move the North canopy parking any further east as the northeast corner of this site contains a permanent
drainage easement that is 40' x 60'; we have placed the column footing adjacent to this easement. Again as we
have discussed, the site configuration and percentage of easements, access drives and setbacks and the
necessary ONE-WAY traffic pattern dictate the building orientation.
Additionally, we have had conversations with SSC and Doug has approved the attached "exit" confiuration
incorporating the STAFF suggested landscape island.
Please take a hard look and give us your thoughts, thank you in advance.
