Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above-referenced application for City
Council Review of an Appeal of the Planning Director's Determination to deny an application to
modify a conditional i7se Permit for a Planned Development to allow a private education institution
within an I-L zone for Treasure Valley Technical Center.
However please be aware that Nampa & Meridi\Irrigation District is still in the review process for
the Land Use Application submitted for Kennedy Commercial Center.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-
site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District must review
drainage plans. The Developer must. comply with Idaho Code'3.1-3805.
It is recommended that irrigation water be made available to all developments within the Nampa &
Meridian Irrigation District.
